Nestled within a tranquil residential neighborhood on an expansive one-acre retreat, this lovingly furnished and decorated haven is the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life.

Designed for comfort and relaxation, the home features an open layout that seamlessly connects the kitchen, living, and dining areas. The sleeping arrangements include 4 bedrooms with 4 beds and 2 full bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. For those who prefer a gentler feel, soft mattress toppers have been added to each queen bed to complement the home's firm mattresses.

Located in the beautiful Oro Valley area, Casa Adobe offers a peaceful atmosphere with scenic views of the Catalina Mountains. Guests can start their morning with a rejuvenating cup of coffee while admiring the landscape or unwind in the backyard to witness a stunning Arizona sunset. The property is conveniently situated a short distance from local shops, restaurants, and the National Park.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all, please adhere to the following house rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM. Late check-outs may incur fees starting at $200.
• Quiet hours are strictly enforced; please keep noise levels down after hours. Parties and events are not permitted.
• Extra guests must be approved by the host and must depart by 10:00 PM. Unapproved visitors will be charged $200 per person.
• Pets: Dogs only (maximum 2) are welcome with an $80 special cleaning fee. Pets are not allowed on beds or furniture; couch slips are provided. Non-disclosed pets will incur a $250 fee.
• Smoking and e-cigarettes are prohibited inside the property and within 15 feet of exterior doors.
• AC Guidelines: From May to October, please do not lower the AC below 72F.
• Pool & Jacuzzi: No diving or glass near the pool. Children under 18 must be supervised by a parent. The heated jacuzzi has a 4-hour daily operating limit; additional use will be charged per gallon of propane. Do not put soap in the jacuzzi.
• Maintenance: Please use the oven vent to avoid triggering the carbon alarm and start the dishwasher before departure.
• Security: Exterior security cameras are installed for safety at the driveway, front courtyard, and north side of the yard.

Embrace the wild spirit of the desert! Please be mindful that the property is located near a dry riverbed where wildlife like coyotes, javelinas, scorpions, and rattlesnakes may be present. Keep doors closed to keep the desert outside and the comfort inside.
