Located in a neighborhood that is truly a gem, the condo is just steps from the Deer Valley Ski Resort and less than a mile from Park City Main Street. Guests are within 300 yards of dining, skiing, mountain-biking, and famous DV concerts. The free Deer Valley shuttle and Park City city shuttle stop right in front of the building, providing easy access to the base lodge and other local attractions. For those arriving by car, free reserved underground parking is provided, though the garage is height-restricted to 74 inches.

Practical details include a remote check-in process for a seamless arrival. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are absolutely not allowed. No smoking is permitted on the property or within 20 feet of the building. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. A $1,500 security deposit hold is applied to the card on file the day before arrival and released within 7 days of departure. Cancellations made more than 61 days prior to arrival are eligible for a 96% refund; no refunds are issued for cancellations within 61 days.
