The home is designed for gatherings, featuring an open-concept living area with bright, lofted ceilings. The sleeping arrangements include 3 bedrooms and 3 beds, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests. On the lower floor, you will find two bedrooms: one featuring a queen bed and another with two queen beds. For additional flexibility, the living room includes a sleeper sofa. A full bed is located upstairs via a spiral staircase, providing a unique space for kids and friends, though the stairs may be challenging for some.

As a home full of character, guests may encounter natural historic quirks such as creaky floors and original plumbing. To maintain this special atmosphere, we ask guests to adhere to the following:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Guests must be at least 21 years of age to book and a signed rental agreement is required
• Pets are welcome with a non-refundable fee; pets must be crated when unattended and are not permitted on furniture or beds
• Strict no-smoking policy (including vapes and marijuana) with a $500 penalty for violations
• No parties or events without prior approval
• Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 7 AM
