Important house rules: No parties or events allowed. Pets are not permitted due to past damage issues. Please inform us if you plan to host gatherings of more than 2 people not included in your reservation. Unauthorized film or photo shoots are strictly prohibited, though private and commercial shoots are permitted for a fee with advance permission. Long-term stays are welcome.
