PROPERTY RULES

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM

• Early check-in or late check-out may be available with 48 hours’ notice, pending availability, and billed in 30-minute intervals.

• The primary reservation holder must be at least 21 years old.

• A refundable security deposit of 20% of the total gross nightly rental rate may be required for stays longer than 21 nights.

• Absolutely no smoking of any kind is allowed inside the home or on the property, including tobacco, marijuana, and vaping. Guests may smoke only in designated outdoor areas such as the grand lawn or across the street. Any violation of this policy will incur a fee starts at $250 and depends on the severity of damage.

• Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM per Summit County regulations. Violation may result in fines and guest liability. City Ordinance Alert! Per Park City Municipal Code 6-3, noise must not exceed 50 decibels during quiet hours (about the level of a soft chat).

• No large gatherings are permitted; only the number of guests confirmed on the reservation may occupy the home at any given time without prior host approval.

• Guests may be asked to verify their identity at any point. If requested by the host or property manager, valid government-issued ID must be provided.

PROPERTY-SPECIFIC RULES

• Pets are only permitted at Pet-Friendly properties. Guests traveling with a Service Animal must notify the host prior to arrival. APRÈS Vacation Homes complies fully with ADA and FHA regulations.

• Dogs only, max 2 per room (up to 50 lbs each). A $150 non-refundable cleaning fee and signed pet policy are required at check-in. Certified service animals are exempt, while emotional support animals follow regular pet rules. Guests may receive a separate email with additional guidelines — please review it carefully.

• Moving indoor furniture is not permitted. Outdoor furniture may be rearranged but must be returned to its original position prior to checkout. Please do not tape, pin, nail, or attach decorations or other items to walls, ceilings, doors, windows, furniture, or fixtures, as any resulting damage may incur repair or replacement charges.

• HVAC Policy: Do not leave windows or doors open while heating or air conditioning is running. Do not adjust thermostats more than 2–3 degrees at a time. Improper use may result in frozen coils or system damage, which will be billed to the guest if negligence is determined.

• Damage to linens or towels , any damage fee starts at $250 and depends on the severity of the damage.

• Toilet use: Do not flush wipes, feminine products, paper towels, or any non-toilet paper items. If a blockage is caused by misuse, guests may be billed for plumbing services.

• No commercial use, filming, or events are allowed unless pre-approved in writing by the host.

• Trash must be bagged and placed in designated outdoor bins. Overflow or leaving bags outside of bins may result in pest issues and a disposal fee if host is not notified prior to check out.

Please notify us of any damage before check-out—unreported issues may be assumed guest-caused and charged accordingly.
