This cozy retreat is configured with 1 bedroom, 1 bed, and 1 bathroom, and can accommodate up to 4 guests thanks to a layout featuring two twin beds and a sleeper sofa. The interior has been fully renovated to ensure a modern experience, featuring a beautiful vessel sink and a shower that add character to the space. For added convenience, the RV toilet has been replaced with a "real" fully operational toilet, and the unit is connected to permanent plumbing.

While this tiny home offers a compact footprint, it is equipped with essential features to keep you comfortable year-round:

• Brand new heat pump AC with remote control for winter warmth and summer cooling
• Fully operational refrigerator and microwave
• Brand new propane cooktop for cooking from scratch

Located in a very safe Tucson neighborhood near Orange Grove and Oracle, the Airstream is fully fenced and includes a private deck for your exclusive use and dedicated parking. Please note that the RV shares a driveway with Casa Velo, a separate 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom rental. While guests do not have access to the main house or its backyard, you are permitted to use the hot tub and outdoor living areas of the main house when it is not booked with other guests.
