The second bedroom provides 2 single beds (90x200 cm) and an additional built-in closet. For extra guests, the living room includes a sofa bed.

Location & Neighborhood Located in the heart of the historic center, the apartment is just a few meters from Plaza de la Merced, Teatro Cervantes, and the birthplace of Picasso. You are surrounded by a wide range of cultural activities, bars, pubs, and restaurants. The main shopping street, Calle Larios, is an 8-minute walk away, and the central beach, La Malagueta, is approximately 12 minutes away. The neighborhood is vibrant and convenient, with supermarkets and shops just steps from your door.

Practical Info & Rules Check-in is from 4:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Self check-in is available. Please note that smoking is strictly prohibited and parties or events are not allowed. To respect the neighbors, please refrain from making noise after 11:00 PM. Pets are not allowed.

Guests must comply with Low Emission Zone (ZBE) regulations when entering the center or using the parking lot; specific vehicle labels (Zero, Eco, C, or B) determine access levels. Please be aware that during the Málaga Fair (August 10-20) and Holy Week, there may be restrictions on entering the historic center. Additionally, as the property is centrally located, external noise from the street or nearby nightlife may occur. All guests must complete the legal registration form required by Spanish legislation upon arrival.
