The studio is equipped for both short and long stays, featuring a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary utensils, a dedicated closet for your belongings, and an in-unit laundry center. To ensure a relaxing environment, the space is kept cool with air conditioning and includes a TV for your entertainment.

While the studio itself is a private sanctuary, the building offers several shared resources to enhance your stay:

To ensure a smooth arrival, please note the following practical information. Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Pets are welcome to join you. Because parking is limited, we kindly ask that you request or indicate your need for parking prior to making your reservation.

For security and access, confirmed guests must provide a photo of their passport (for foreigners) or national ID. Additionally, guests are asked to provide four chosen numbers to be used as a personalized entry code for their studio door. Upon arrival, simply use the video intercom to press your studio number for remote pedestrian access or message the team via the app. Our dedicated 24/7 hospitality team and co-host are always available to assist you throughout your stay, ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish.
