Parking: Free on-site parking for one registered car.
Key Replacement: $50 USD fee for lost keys.
Maintenance: Shared amenities may have periodic maintenance closures; guests will be notified of known outages prior to arrival.

- Respect quiet hours between 9pm - 9am by keeping voices and music low.
- Minimum age of Primary Guest is 25 years of age.
- Please put everything back where you found it, and take all belongings when you leave. Guests will be charged for missing item replacement plus a service fee. This includes key replacement.
- Please ensure that everyone in your group is aware of house rules. We reserve the right to cancel reservations at any time without refund when guests are not following rules.
- Liability & Indemnity. Guest(s) hereby assume all risks associated with their use of the Property, including, but not limited to, engaging in recreational activities, use of recreational equipment, if any, provided by the Manager or the Owners, swimming and hot tub use if and as applicable, and outdoor activities, understanding that such activities are inherently dangerous and are done with the inherent risks of personal injury, including serious bodily injury, temporary and permanent disability, and death. Except for injury, death, or damage caused by the gross negligence or intentional wrongdoing of the Manager or the Owners, the Manager or the Owners shall not be liable under any circumstances for injury, death, or damage to the person, or property of any Guest(s) suffered in or upon the Property during the term of this Reservation, or in connection with the use or occupancy of the Property under this Agreement, and Owner and Manager are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the Property or its facilities, or for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of any Guest(s). Primary Guest shall indemnify, protect, defend and hold harmless the Manager and the Owners, and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, advisors, agents, successors and assigns, from and against any and all claims, damages, liens, judgments, penalties, attorney’s fees, expenses, or liabilities arising from or related to any breach of this Agreement by any Guest(s), the use or occupancy of the Property by any Guest(s) or of any other person who is at or near the Property as a result of Guest(s)’ use or occupancy of the Property, or any injury to person or damage personal property on or about the Property occurring during the Reservation Period. If any action or proceeding is brought against the Manager and/or the Owners by reason of any of the foregoing matters, Primary Guest shall defend the same at Primary Guest's expense by counsel reasonably satisfactory to the Owner and Manager.
