WASTE COLLECTION Please use the waste collection containers for the separate collection of waste, selecting the garbage well and storing it outside the house (street front) for collection. You'll also find the collection manual and collection calendar.
EXTRA SERVICES If you booked more than a week, you've included extra cleaning after a week in the price; additional cleaning can be arranged with a change of laundry for €50. If you also want our separate waste collection service, we can do it for you with the addition of €5 per envelope.
SOSTENIBILITÅ and INSTRUCTIONS Please turn lights, air conditioning and TV off when you are not at home. If you turn on the air conditioner, close the windows and doors. The tap water is not drinkable, but it is still a limited good that does not go to waste. Do not leave food or waste inside the house: use the fridge or recycling bins.
Smoking allowed IN the outdoors only, please throw the butts in the outdoor ashtrays.
BEHAVIOR We ask for your commitment in not disturbing neighbors and keeping noise to a minimum during the afternoon (2pm 4pm) and night (11pm-8am) hours. Any nights of unbooked visitors must be communicated in advance and approved. Any damage must be reported to us immediately.
RESPONSABILITÅ The property is not responsible for guest objects and/or values, or any injuries suffered by guests or damages resulting from force majeure. Guests are fully responsible for the safety and security of their children at any time, as well as any behavior that may disturb the residents of the neighborhood.
