Finestralla is a charming retreat located on the ground floor of a detached house, just a few meters from the main farmhouse. True to its name, the apartment features a special window overlooking the lake, allowing you to admire a breathtaking view without even leaving the comfort of your room. The space is thoughtfully arranged for two guests, featuring 1 bedroom with 1 double bed and a well-appointed bathroom. The living area blends comfort and functionality, offering a cozy sofa, a dining table, and a TV to unwind.

For those who love to cook, the apartment includes a fully equipped kitchen featuring a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, electric kettle, and espresso machine. Guests have access to the entire expansive garden of the farmhouse, where you can relax in contact with nature while admiring the panorama of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.

While the apartment provides a peaceful sanctuary, you are never far from the action. Situated on a hill above Gravedona, the property remains in a quiet and reserved location, yet you can reach the shores of the lake and various services—including restaurants, bars, lidos, and beaches—in just 10 minutes by car. The elevated position ensures a magnificent view over the entire northern part of Lake Como.

Enhance your stay by visiting the onsite wellness center. From 16:00 to 19:00 daily, guests can book a variety of treatments, a chromotherapy biosauna, or a whirlpool. Please note that these spa services are not included in the booking price and must be paid for directly.

Accessing the farmhouse is possible via two roads; one is very narrow and the other contains a short dirt section of about 100 meters. Detailed arrival information based on your vehicle will be provided. If you prefer, public parking is available less than two minutes on foot from the property.
