The home features a comfortable three-bedroom layout with one bathroom. Sleeping arrangements include a queen bed in the first bedroom, a single bed in the second, and a king single bed in the upstairs bedroom. Guests should be aware that the internal stairway is very steep and curved; we ask that those traveling with young children take extra care when moving between floors.

Designed for relaxation and leisure, the property offers several standout features:

• Parking: One off-road parking space is available under the carport. Please note that larger vehicles, such as vans, people movers, or utes, may find the carport a tight squeeze. Additional vehicles must park on the berm at the entrance to the shared driveway. To ensure accessibility, unauthorized vehicles may be towed.
• Restrictions: No pets, no smoking, and strictly no parties or gatherings.
