• Pets: Family pets are not permitted (service animals welcome); unauthorized pets incur a $500 Room Recovery Fee.
• Smoking: This is a smoke-free environment; smoking or vaping in villas or public spaces may result in a $250 fee.
• Payments: The resort is cashless; credit cards are the only accepted payment method.

Important Notice: Please be aware of scheduled renovations. Roof work on select buildings occurs July 13 to September 15, 2026 (8 a.m. to 6 p.m.). Additionally, Activities Center and villa refurbishments are scheduled for Sept-Nov 2026 and Apr-Jun 2027, which may cause construction noise and intermittent elevator closures.
