This spacious residence features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests. The primary bedroom is large and private, featuring a King bed and an adjacent sleeping nook equipped with a twin trundle bed that sleeps two—perfect for children or close family. Two additional bedrooms, each featuring a Queen bed, are located on the opposite side of the house near the kitchen area and share a bathroom.

Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with updated appliances, a breakfast nook with bar seating, and a large dining table for group meals. Guests can enjoy the convenience of an onsite washer and dryer and the touch of locally roasted coffee provided for your stay. The sleeping areas are outfitted with oh-so-comfortable mattresses and fresh, crisp linens to ensure a restful night.

Step outside to a large private backyard where you can take in stunning views of Thunder Mountain. The outdoor space is perfect for relaxation, featuring an 8-seater hot tub, a grill, and a fire pit. For those bringing gear, the property provides garage access to securely store mountain bikes and other valuables, along with ample parking for up to four vehicles in the driveway.

Location is everything at the Chateau. You are within a 4-minute walk to the Sugarloaf Trailhead, providing a gateway to the Teacup Trail, Sugar Loaf Summit Trail, and Soldiers Pass. Other famous spots are just minutes away, including the Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, Thunder Mountain Trailhead, and the iconic Devil’s Bridge. You are also conveniently located within a mile of Whole Foods, Starbucks, and top-rated restaurants like Mariposa and ChocolaTree. Uptown Sedona and historic Tlaquepaque are only a 5-minute drive away.

Practical details include a check-in time between 4:00 PM and 11:00 PM and a check-out time of 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. To comply with local regulations, guests must complete a third-party verification process via Truvi within 24 hours of booking, which includes a non-refundable $10 authorization fee.
