This spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests with thoughtfully designed sleeping arrangements. The main floor features a wheelchair-accessible king bedroom with desk and en suite bathroom featuring a large walk-in shower. Upstairs, discover two additional king bedrooms—one with a gorgeous dual-sink bathroom including luxurious walk-in shower and soaker tub. The bunkroom sleeps six with three twins, one full bed, and a twin trundle pull-out, while the private loft above the game room offers two twin beds and a futon. A king pull-out sofa in the game room provides additional flexibility.

The fully stocked kitchen makes preparing incredible meals effortless, while the game room keeps everyone entertained with a pool table, ping pong table, foosball, Connect Four, and darts. Six smart TVs throughout the house ensure everyone stays happy. Gas fireplaces in both the family room and game room create a relaxing, cozy ambiance throughout this mountain retreat.

Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM via convenient keypad entry. To respect neighbors, we maintain a 10:30 PM noise and light cutoff for the back deck. A $35 management fee applies to each booking, providing damage protection coverage up to $3,000.
