The lower level houses a guest room with a full bed and a separate full-sized apartment that provides a private entrance, its own kitchen, laundry area, and a queen bed, making it ideal for groups needing extra separation.

For stays of 10 nights or longer, a double cleaning fee is required for a deep clean. A late departure fine of $35 per 15 minutes applies. If any advertised amenity is unexpectedly out-of-order, a 5% reimbursement of the base rate will be provided.
