This inviting home features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, comfortably accommodating up to 9 guests. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully designed for groups: the master bedroom is a luxurious retreat featuring a king-size bed and an ensuite bathroom with a stand-up shower (please note the soaker tub in the master suite is currently non-functional). Two additional bedrooms each offer a queen bed, while the fourth bedroom is perfect for children or extra guests with single bunk beds and a twin bed. A second house bathroom, featuring a bath with shower and tub, is conveniently located between the queen bedrooms.

Inside, the living area is a cozy spot to unwind, complete with a plush sectional sofa, plasma TV/DVD player, and a calming view of the pool. The dining area includes a table with seating for 8, served by a kitchen equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal, coffee machine, toaster, blender, and all necessary crockery and cutlery. For your convenience, a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and ironing equipment is available, and all towels and linens are provided.

Step outside to the screened-in pool area to soak up the Florida sun, featuring lounge chairs and a patio table set. The property is tucked away on a quiet street in a tranquil neighborhood, providing peace and seclusion while remaining highly convenient. • Pool Heating: Not included. Available for $25 per day (or $125 per week for stays 7+ days). Must be requested 24 hours in advance.
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Absolutely no smoking of any kind on the premises. A $500 fee applies for any evidence or odor of smoking.
• Community Rules: No parties, events, or unregistered guests. Quiet time begins at 11 PM. High-volume music is prohibited.
• House Care: No outdoor shoes inside the home; no eating or drinking in bedrooms. Please wash dishes and leave the property as you found it. No glass is allowed around the pool area.
