This inviting getaway allows you to oversee the 60 miles of beautiful shoreline of the Grand Strand from your own outdoor balcony, making it the perfect spot to fuel up for the day with a cup of coffee and take in the atmosphere.

Designed for comfort and convenience, the layout features 3 bedrooms, 6 beds, and 3 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements include two master suites with King beds, a third bedroom featuring one Queen bed and one set of Bunk beds, and one queen sleeper sofa in the living area. The master bedroom offers a breathtaking oceanfront view, bringing the beauty of the coast right into your room.

Practical Information: Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the rental office to collect key packets, parking passes, and pool bands. Check-out is by 10:00 AM. Please note the minimum check-in age is 25, and an e-signed rental agreement and a valid Visa or MasterCard on file are required for booking confirmation.

House Rules: This property rents to families only; house parties, loud noises, and extra vehicles are prohibited and may result in eviction. Pets and smoking are not allowed. Golf carts are prohibited, though cycles and trailers may park across the street on a first-come, first-served basis.

Important Note: Balcony and walkway restoration is scheduled from September 2026 to March 2027; during this time, balconies and parking underneath the building may be closed.

Linens, comforters, and sheets are provided, but beds are not made. Guests should bring their own hand towels, kitchen towels, beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, and trash bags.
