House Rules:

• Pets: Dogs are allowed with a $100 fee per reservation (up to 2 pets). No cats allowed.
• Age Requirement: Primary guest must be 21+.
• Smoking: Prohibited throughout the property; violations result in a $200 fine.
• Quiet Hours: 10 PM to 7 AM.
• Restrictions: No food or drink in bedrooms, no unauthorized parties, and no garage access.
• Maintenance: Please wash dishes and dispose of trash in outside bins before departure.

All guests are required to complete the Joseph Ellen Guest Protection Program before arrival, which includes guest verification and a choice between a damage waiver or a refundable security deposit.
