Practical Info & Rules Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms and that a Ring doorbell camera is installed at the entrance for security. Due to regional water supply decreases, guests may experience occasional low water pressure.

• No pets are allowed (including service or emotional support animals unless TCI Government regulations are met).
• Smoking, recreational drugs, parties, and illegal activities are strictly prohibited; smoking violations incur a $300 penalty.
• Quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am.
• No more guests than those listed in the reservation are permitted.
• No tents or external structures may be set up on the grounds.
• Please avoid moving furniture and leave the premises in the condition they were found.
• A signed Rental Agreement and government ID may be required.
• No daily housekeeping is provided, though mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for a fee.
