Both bedrooms provide a cozy and relaxing atmosphere with serene bay views. The living area is bright and cheery, featuring tall glass doors that open to panoramic ocean views and a flat-screen smart TV for your entertainment. For those who love to cook, the fully equipped kitchen boasts renovated granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a tile backsplash.

While the unit provides a private sanctuary, guests have access to a wealth of wonderful building facilities:

A short drive or bus ride takes you to the famous Ocean City Boardwalk on the south side or the beautiful Northside Park at 126th Street, known for its fishing pier, expansive playground, and peaceful walking paths.

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 11:00 AM
• Minimum rental age: 25 years
• Pets: Not allowed
• Smoking: Non-smoking unit (smoking permitted only on balconies or designated areas)
• Linens: Guests must provide their own bed linens and towels
• Parking: Between May 18th and October 31st, a non-refundable $50 cash payment is required for a parking permit. Additional permits are $10 per night (first-come, first-serve). Permits must be displayed at all times to avoid towing.
• Note: The double door closet on the second floor is locked for owner use. During the off-season (after Labor Day and before Memorial Day), some intermittent noise may occur due to balcony reconstruction.
