Our cleaning team valid after each rental if things are missing and/or broken. Chalets Comfort and the owner will be alerted if they do. The tenant must notify Chalets Comfort of any breakages or damage caused during his stay. The tenant is responsible for material and bodily damage occurring in or on the rented establishment during the rental period. The tenant and any other person on the leased premises undertake to hold the owner of the establishment harmless from any claim made by anyone resulting from the damage for which they are responsible. The tenant undertakes to respect reasonable rules of conduct and not to disturb neighbors and residents of the area. It will have to keep to a reasonable level of noise, both indoors and outdoors. After 11 a.m., noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside. Conditions: The establishment is non-smoking. At the time of departure, it is important to dispose of the waste at the place provided for this purpose. Only the number of people indicated in the reservation are allowed at the establishment during the stay. Failure to comply with the rules or conditions may result in an additional charge. No animals allowed.
