To maintain the property, smoking is strictly prohibited, and a $1,000 fine will be charged for smoking inside. Please note that there is a $500 fine for every unauthorized guest. For security, a refundable $1,000 damage hold is required on your card, or you may opt for damage waiver coverage for a $50 fee. Pets are not allowed.
