Pool & Hot Tub: We want you to enjoy all the amenities during your stay—but please note: We do not issue refunds or compensation if the pool or hot tub is closed for any reason.

Closures can happen unexpectedly due to maintenance, repairs, or cleaning needs, and are out of our control. While we understand this may be disappointing, we appreciate your understanding in advance.

Check-in and Check-out times:

• Check-in is after 4:00pm. Check-out is 10:00am prompt, unless late check out has been discussed and agreed upon in advance.

Early Check-In/Late Check-out Policy: Due to our tight cleaning and turnover schedule across all of our properties, we can’t guarantee an early check-in or a late check-out.

However, if you’d like to request one, here’s how it works:

• Early check-in (*if available): $25/hour before 4:00 PM
• ⁠Late check-out (*if available): $25/hour after 10:00 AM, up to 12:00 PM (12pm is the absolute latest we can allow)
• ⁠Must be requested at least 1 day in advance so we have sufficient time to make schedule adjustments
• ⁠Subject to availability and flexibility with the cleaning schedule -Unapproved late checkout after 30 minutes e.g. check-out 10:30am or later will be charged an additional $50 per half hour increment. Please be respectful of our time and other guests by checking out on time. Thank you!

Quiet Hours | 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM We kindly ask all guests to respect our quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. This includes:

• Keeping voices, TV, and music volume low
• No loud conversations, gatherings, or activities
• Being mindful of shared walls and nearby neighbors

This is an apartment complex with other travelers and full-time residents, and we take noise complaints very seriously. Violations may result in fines, removal from the property, or involvement of security/police. Thank you for helping us maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.

No Parties or Events: Absolutely no parties, events, or large gatherings are allowed. This is a small quiet apartment intended for respectful guests only. We work closely with building security to enforce this rule with zero tolerance. Violating this rule will result in:

• Immediate cancellation of your reservation with no refund
• $500 fine + additional cleaning charges
• Involvement of on-site security and local police

No Smoking: This is a 100% smoke-free property—no smoking or vaping of any kind is permitted inside. Violating this policy will result in $500 fee, plus additional charges for smoke remediation, cleaning, or damages. Please step outside the building if you need to smoke.

No Burning of Incense or Open Flames of any kind:
Absolutely no candles, incense, torches, or open-flame devices are allowed on the property. This includes any item that produces a visible flame or smoke and can pose a fire hazard. Thank you for helping us maintain a safe environment.

No Illicit Drugs or Activities: No illegal drugs or unlawful activity of any kind is permitted on the premises. Violation will result in immediate removal from the property and may be reported to local authorities.

No Pets: Pets are not allowed at this property. Guests who violate this rule will be charged a $100 fee, plus any additional cleaning or damage costs. Legitimate registered service animals are allowed, but not emotional support animals. Thanks for your understanding.

Cleaning: Please treat the home with the same care you would at a close friend or family member’s house. If the property is left excessively dirty or clearly neglected, additional cleaning fees will apply. We appreciate guests who tidy up before departure—it helps keep the home welcoming for the next visitor!

Infant & Children Supervision: Please note: There are no child safety locks on kitchen or bathroom cabinets, and some contain cleaning supplies. If you're traveling with children, active supervision is essential for their safety.

Damages or Missing Items: Guests are responsible for:

• Any broken, damaged, or stolen items
• Reporting incidents immediately
• Covering the cost of repair or replacement We appreciate honesty and communication if anything happens during your stay.

Property Inspections: We reserve the right to inspect the property at any time if necessary to ensure rules are being followed or maintenance is needed.

Lost & Forgotten Items: Please double-check the space before check-out to ensure nothing is left behind. We’ll do our best to return any found items, but we cannot guarantee retrieval or delivery, and cannot be held responsible for any lost or forgotten items.
