Strict policies are in place to maintain the property's quality: pets are not allowed, and there is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property; violations incur a minimum fee of 200 euros. Unauthorized late check-outs are charged at 200€ per hour. Additional fees apply for lost keys or emergency lockouts after 7 PM. A municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person, per night (for guests over 13) applies for up to 7 nights. For long-term stays of 28+ nights, utility expenses are capped at 230€.
