The interior is a refurbished space blending slate tile and carpet, equipped with a state-of-the-art ductless heat pump to keep you comfortable with both heat and AC regardless of the season. For those needing to stay connected, the space includes an office desk paired with a bluetooth radio/clock.

The bathroom provides plenty of room, featuring a glass shower and a vanity stocked with essential soaps, shampoo, conditioner, and body lotion. The kitchenette is thoughtfully appointed for your stay, featuring a microwave, hot pot, coffeemaker, french press, coffee bean grinder, toaster oven, a small fridge/freezer, and a 1-burner induction cooktop with cookware. The cupboards are fully stocked with dishes and wine glasses, and the hosts provide fresh coffee beans, organic sugar, salt, and pepper, along with an air popper and popcorn for cozy evenings.

Outdoor living is a highlight of the property, with a private deck and 50 feet of river frontage where you can let the sound of the water wash over you. A gas grill is also available on the porch for guest use.
