Designed for comfort and convenience, the home features 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, accommodating up to 9 guests. The layout is thoughtfully arranged to provide both shared spaces and private retreats. On the first floor, you will find three bedrooms and a full bath. One bedroom offers a queen bed with Apple TV and its own private entrance and deck. Another is an ideal space for children, featuring four twin beds including a bunk and a trundle, while the third bedroom provides two twin beds. Upstairs, the primary suite serves as a peaceful escape with a queen bed, an adjoining bathroom, and a private deck overlooking the backyard. The upper level also houses the living room—complete with a 50" TV and streaming services—and a renovated kitchen that is fully stocked and described as a foodie's dream.

Outdoor living is a priority here. The property boasts a private heated saltwater pool and hot tub, complemented by four decks, an outdoor backyard lounge, and two distinct outdoor dining options. For those coming off the sand, there is a convenient outdoor shower.
