The space occupies the entire upper level of a two-story house, completely separated from the downstairs by a locked door for total privacy. Your cozy retreat includes a bright bedroom with 1 comfortable bed, a full bathroom with tub and shower, and a spacious living area that past guests describe as feeling like a "tree house." The large walk-in closet doubles as a dedicated workspace, making this ideal for hybrid work and play getaways.

Key amenities include central air conditioning and heating, plus an electric fireplace for ambiance. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee makers including both drip and Keurig options.
