The property includes 1 full bathroom with a walk-in shower and beautiful stone tile, plus a convenient second toilet and sink in the loft for late-night needs. Please note the loft ceiling is quite low and slopes toward the outside walls - most guests will need to duck while moving about the loft area.

The surprisingly well-stocked kitchenette includes a two-burner gas cooktop, mini fridge with freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, and multiple coffee options including Keurig, drip coffee maker, and French press. Locally roasted coffee and tea are provided, along with cooking basics, dishes, and silverware. A high-top dining table seats guests comfortably.

Key amenities include garden views, dedicated workspace, split-type ductless AC and heating system, ceiling fan, WiFi, TV, and luxury hotel-grade linens. Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 11:00 PM with smart lock self check-in, and check-out is at 10:00 AM. The casita connects to the back of the garage, while owners live separately in the main house. Cleaning service is available during your stay, and you'll have full access to the casita, backyard, and garage laundry facilities.
