• Important Note: Ongoing nearby construction may cause 24-hour noise; we share this to ensure expectations are aligned with reality
• Fees: A municipal tourism tax of €3.00 per person/night applies to guests over 13 (up to 7 nights). Unauthorized late check-outs may incur a fee of 10% of the daily rate per hour. Key replacement or after-hours unlock fees apply.
• Long-term stays (28+ nights): Utility usage is capped at €190; monthly inspections are required.
