📝Rental Agreement📝 A signed Rental Agreement is required for this reservation. After booking, you will receive a request to review and electronically sign the agreement. 🔒Security Deposit🔒 A refundable security deposit of $500 is required for this reservation and is collected separately from your Airbnb total. 🚫 No Unregistered Guests, Events, or Parties - Fines of $150 per unregistered guest, per night will be imposed and may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation.🚫 📶🚫WiFi Tampering Policy: The WiFi router and modem must remain plugged in at all times. Do not unplug, reset, or alter the networking equipment. Tampering with the WiFi will result in a $500 fine and may lead to immediate termination of your stay, as it disables security cameras/smart locks. 📶🚫 🚽

⚠️🚽Septic system care. Only toilet paper down the toilet, please. Everything else (wipes, feminine products, other "flushable" items, etc.) goes in the trash. 🚽⚠️

📹 Security Cameras For the safety and security of our guests and property, exterior security cameras are installed and are located at the front entrance and overlooking the sport court and recreation area.

These cameras are used solely for security, safety, and property protection, including monitoring unauthorized access and trespassing.

There are absolutely no cameras or recording devices inside the cabin or in any private outdoor areas, including the hot tub. Guest privacy is extremely important to us.📹

🗑️♻️Trash disposal. When checking out, you can leave the bagged trash in the bins inside. However, if you need to remove trash during your stay, please bag all trash and place it in the bear-resistant enclosure to the right of the house. Make sure the door is closed, and the carabiner reattached. 🗑️♻️

🐻🫎Wild neighbors - You may spot wildlife during your stay—please enjoy the view from a safe distance.🐻

🫎 🌙🔇Quiet hours are 11 PM – 7 AM. We want all guests (and neighbors) to enjoy a peaceful mountain stay.

🌙🔇 🔥⚠️Fire safety. Please be aware of Fire Risk and Fire Bans before using the firepit in the court area. But don’t worry—we’ve also got a propane fire pit for you to enjoy. If the propane runs out, just let us know.

If it's a larger issue (e.g., the TV screen!), we would like to agree on the cost with you before you leave to avoid any issues later. Thank you! 💥💔

📸Snap away! Feel free to take casual pics and videos for your own personal use—we love seeing you enjoy the space 😊. However, commercial filming is not permitted without prior approval from the owners.

🚫📸Commercial Filming Policy - This property is a private residence intended solely for transient lodging use by registered guests. No unregistered guests, parties, events, or gatherings allowed without prior host approval. All commercial activities are strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Professional photography or videography
• Commercial filming or production of any kind
• Livestreaming for monetized platforms
• Social media influencing for compensation
• Brand promotion, advertising, or sponsored content
• Vendor-attended shoots or organized productions

Any organized production, staged shoot, vendor presence, equipment setup beyond typical personal devices, or monetized content creation will be deemed a commercial activity and an unauthorized event. Unauthorized events or commercial use constitute a material breach of the rental agreement and may result in:

• Immediate termination of the reservation without refund
• Removal from the property
• Additional charges for unauthorized commercial use, increased wear and tear, disturbance, or damages
