About Property

Discover a place to make lasting memories at Mendon Orchards, a breathtaking retreat nestled in the foothills of the Wellsville mountains in historic Mendon, Utah. Built in 1908, The Farmhouse sits on two acres of stunning property where a heavily wooded yard creates a secluded sanctuary, yet remains just blocks away from the charming town square.

The Farmhouse is thoughtfully arranged with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, making it ideal for a family with kids, a couples retreat, or a getaway with friends. The three bedrooms and one bathroom are located on the second floor, while the ground floor hosts the living room, dining area, a second bathroom, and an intimate, brand new kitchen. For sleeping arrangements, the three beds include a unique setup in one bedroom featuring a bunkbed with a trundle underneath. Please note that bathrooms are not attached to the rooms. Inside, you can unwind by the fireplace with provided board games or enjoy a relaxing soak in the classic clawfoot bathtub.

While the home is stunning, the outdoor spaces are where the property really shines. Guests can explore an idyllic orchard with over 250 apple trees, or enjoy the fire pit, outdoor dining area, and grill. Children will love the dedicated play area featuring a real hobbit house. Additionally, guests have access to an authentic Finnish sauna for a $20 fee, which covers the necessary extra cleaning and laundry.

Mendon is a wonderful location for exploring Cache Valley. The town center is just blocks away, offering a library, playground, and seasonal food, soda, and shave ice stands. For outdoor enthusiasts, the Deep Canyon trailhead is only two miles away for hiking Mendon Peak, while Cutler Marsh and Benson Marina are short drives for canoeing and kayaking. A 15-minute drive leads to Utah State University and the mouth of the stunning Logan Canyon, offering endless options for skiing, snowboarding, fishing, and climbing.
