Other rules include no parties, no weapons or drugs, and observed quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM, monitored by decibel sensors.

Dogs are welcome (maximum 2 pets, 40lbs combined, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs) with an additional pet fee of $100-300 depending on length of stay.
