The property offers complete seclusion on 4 acres with curious but harmless cattle occasionally visiting.

Important seasonal considerations: Water service runs May through October 7th. During winter months and temperatures below 40°F, no running water is available. The solar power system depends on sunny weather - cloudy days may affect refrigeration and electrical capabilities. Winter temperatures can be freezing, requiring extra warm clothing, blankets, and sleeping bags. Dirt road access recommends AWD vehicles, though trucks and SUVs handle conditions well.

Check-in is at 4:00 PM and checkout at 11:00 AM via self check-in lockbox. Pets are welcome for an additional $25 fee per dog (furniture restrictions apply). No Wi-Fi is provided - this is your opportunity to truly disconnect while cell service remains mostly available.
