• Temperature Control: The AC thermostat is preset and cannot be set below 72º F or above 78º F
• Trash: All loose trash must be bagged and placed in the bin for collection prior to departure
• Restrictions: RV campers, enclosed trailers, and tents are prohibited on the property
• Health and Safety: Pesticides, sanitizers, and air fragrances are not allowed inside the property
• Conduct: Illicit drug use and unlawful purposes are strictly prohibited. Please be mindful of neighbors; excessive noise disturbances may lead to immediate eviction without a refund
• Access: Management may enter the property without notice for protection or maintenance, though notice will be provided whenever possible
• Subletting: This rental agreement may not be assigned or sublet
