Sleeping arrangements include an upstairs master suite with a king bed and ensuite bathroom, a second upstairs bedroom with a full and twin bed and ensuite bathroom, a third upstairs bedroom with a queen bed and window seat, and a main floor bedroom with a queen bed located just off the library. Three of the four bedrooms are en-suite, providing exceptional privacy and convenience for your group.

Inside, you will find a farmhouse kitchen equipped with granite countertops and stainless steel appliances, offering scenic red-mountain views. The living spaces are designed for relaxation, including a living room with two large sofas and a fireplace, and a cozy library featuring a second fireplace, a large bookshelf, and access to a side porch. For those who love the outdoors, the property offers an outdoor patio with a BBQ grill and firepit, and a backyard complete with a pergola and a fruit orchard where guests are welcome to pick apricots, pears, cherries, and apples.

Situated in the "Grand Circle" area, Southern Elm is centrally located for exploring the region's most iconic landscapes. You are just minutes from local hikes and within driving distance of Zion (30 miles), Bryce Canyon (70 miles), and the Grand Canyon North Rim (70 miles). The home is also conveniently located within walking distance of Main Street restaurants, cafes, and shops in "little Hollywood."
