Important guest information: A 3% cancellation fee applies to all reservations regardless of timing. Due to abundant fresh water on the property, guests may encounter insects, mice, and other wildlife during their stay. The property spans 5 acres with multiple rental units, so shared spaces including the pavilion, lawn, and riverside areas may have other guests present. Pet-friendly accommodations welcome responsible dog owners with leashed pets only (no property fencing). A $200 minimum damage fee applies for pet-related incidents. WiFi signal may be weaker inside the dome due to insulation - move near windows or doors for stronger connectivity. Parking should be near your unit with overflow areas available for larger vehicles.
