Bedroom 1 offers plush bedding and direct access to the jack-and-jill style bathroom, which also opens to the hallway for easy access. The full bathroom is equipped with a tub/shower combo, and a laundry closet with full-capacity machines is conveniently located on the same floor.

On the main level, you will find an inviting living room with a comfortable couch and a flat-screen smart TV. The space includes a dining table that seats 6 and a fully stocked kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. Just off the dining area is a private patio designed for relaxation, featuring a propane BBQ grill, outdoor seating, and a private hot tub where you can soak under the stars and enjoy peaceful desert views.

Located right off the main street in Glendale, the property is within walking distance to Brinks Grill & Country Store. It is perfectly positioned for exploration, situated just 20 minutes from Zion National Park and within an hour of Bryce Canyon National Park. The Coral Pink Sand Dunes are only 20 miles south along scenic Hwy 89. Other nearby attractions include the Grand Canyon North Rim, Escalante Grand Staircase, and Lake Powell.

Practical details include trailer-friendly parking for vehicles and toys. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 10:00 AM. Please note that pets are allowed. A 3% cancellation fee applies regardless of the cancellation date (excluding HVMB guests). To maintain the quality of the private hot tub, guests are asked to shower before entering; damage or excessive dirtiness resulting in professional servicing will incur the actual cost, with a minimum fee of $125.
