This cozy cabin is designed to accommodate up to 6 guests. The sleeping arrangements feature 1 bedroom with a king-sized bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo, as well as a fun loft area located above the living room and kitchen. The loft includes a queen bed, 2 twin beds, and a half bathroom. In addition to the bedroom and loft bathrooms, there is a full bathroom on the main floor featuring a shower.

While the interior is comfortable and cozy, the outdoor experience is where this property truly shines. Nestled against a hill to the North with the Virgin River running through the property, guests can enjoy a refreshing cold plunge in the river or gaze at the stars while soaking in the hot tub.

• Pets: Responsible dog companions are welcome. Pets must be flea-free, kept on a leash outdoors, and are not allowed on furniture without a pet blanket. A $200 minimum charge applies for damages.
• Sauna: Private sauna sessions are available as an optional add-on for $30 per session.
• Policies: There is a 3% cancellation fee regardless of the date (excluding HVMB guests).
• Note: As this is a nature-focused property with fresh water, critters may be present. Winter heating is provided via space heaters. Cell service is limited, but fantastic WiFi is available for calls and texts.
