A second bedroom provides another king bed with views of the yard and sea via the verandah windows, while the third bedroom is equipped with two comfortable single beds located next to the bright verandah. For groups of up to 7 guests, a comfortable single sofa bed is available in the entertainment lounge upon request.

Living spaces are bright and generous, with the family lounge featuring an 8-seat oak dining table, a 4-seat sofa set, and a study desk for those needing a home-office overlooking the ocean. The entertainment lounge is perfect for movie nights with a 6-seat corner sofa and a 65" TCL smart TV with Netflix. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine (welcome starter pods provided) and essential appliances for preparing home-cooked meals. Additional facilities include a full bathroom with a superb bathtub and a laundry with a washing machine and dryer that connects directly to the garage.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Please note that pets are not allowed. Early check-in or late checkout may be requested at least 2 days in advance and is subject to availability and additional fees. For guests utilizing the sofa bed, an additional $40+GST fee applies for linen and setup. Same-day bookings may experience a delayed check-in to ensure the home is perfectly prepared for your arrival.
