Additional main-floor sleeping arrangements include a second bedroom with a king-size bed and a third bedroom featuring a bunk bed (twin over full with a pull-out twin mattress).

Upstairs, you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed and walk-in closet, as well as a second bunk room (twin over full with a pull-out twin mattress). The upper level also hosts a cozy living space equipped with games, comfortable furniture, and a ping pong table, alongside a dedicated office space for those who need to work during their stay. The main floor's fully equipped kitchen overlooks a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, creating a perfect hub for gathering and relaxing.

Location & Neighborhood: Situated at a base elevation of 9,600 feet, the property is perfectly positioned for year-round activity.
