• No pets allowed (violators subject to a $250 penalty). Service animals are welcome with prior notification.
• Winter Access: 4WD or AWD with snow-rated tires and/or steel chains are required by Utah law. Failure to comply may result in a $250 fine if assistance is needed from plowing crews.
• Parking: Two pink parking passes must be displayed on the driver's side dashboard with your phone number. Failure to display passes may result in a $250 towing fee. Passes must be left in the unit upon checkout to avoid a $25 fee.
• Trash: All garbage must be placed in the dumpster before checkout; no waste may be left outside to avoid fines.
