Important Guest Requirements: Winter visitors must comply with Utah law requiring 4WD/AWD vehicles with snow-rated tires or steel chains. Snow plowing begins after 6 inches of accumulation, typically starting mid-November. Two parking passes will be provided and must be displayed in vehicle dashboards during winter months. Failure to comply with vehicle requirements or parking regulations results in $250 fines. All garbage must be disposed of in designated dumpsters before checkout to avoid potential fines. This property maintains a strict no-pet policy with a $250 penalty for violations. Service animals are welcome with advance notification, though emotional support animals are not recognized under ADA guidelines.
