This ground-level unit offers a spacious layout to accommodate up to 13 guests. The sleeping arrangements include:

• Primary Bedroom: King bed with an ensuite bathroom
• Guest Suite: Queen bed with an ensuite bathroom
• Bunk Room 1: Queen bunk bed
• Bunk Room 2: Two bunk beds, featuring a queen on the bottom and twin on top

In total, the property features 4 bedrooms, 4 beds, and 3 bathrooms. Families with children will love the recently upgraded wheel house, which has been transformed into a ball pit for guests of all ages to enjoy.

For those traveling with very large groups or planning a family reunion, the property can be rented exclusively or in combination with the Passport Resort for an unforgettable experience.

• Pets are welcome! A one-time $45 fee per pet applies (due after booking). All pets must be under 50 pounds. Please provide the number, breed, and weight of your pet upon booking. To maintain the home, pets are not permitted on the furniture; lint rollers are provided for your convenience.
• Requirements: Guests must complete a pre-arrival form and sign the rental conditions prior to arrival. Check-in instructions will be sent 2-4 days before your stay.
