This spacious home is designed for comfort and convenience, featuring 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms, accommodating up to 10 guests. The sleeping arrangements include a luxurious Master Suite with a king bed and direct pool access, two guest rooms with queen beds and en-suite bathrooms, another queen bedroom, and a whimsical themed kids' room featuring two twin beds.

Inside, the home is designed for gathering. The living room offers cozy sofas, a loveseat, and a large flat-screen TV, while the full kitchen comes equipped for any feast, featuring a dining table for eight and a convenient breakfast bar for morning coffee.

Outside, you will find a poolside paradise with a private screened-in pool and hot tub, four comfy sun loungers, and an outdoor dining table for six. For added peace of mind, the pool area includes a door alarm. Guests may also request pool and spa heating for an extra charge (minimum 4-day booking), which is highly recommended from October through May.

As part of the Solterra Resort, you have access to incredible perks including a zero-entry resort pool, a lazy river, a waterslide, shaded cabanas with TVs, a fitness center, tennis courts, and beach volleyball. Please note that the Solterra Resort Clubhouse will undergo enhancements to the lazy river, resort pool, hot tub, and bar area from September 8, 2026, through approximately December 14, 2026; however, the fitness center, sports courts, and Café Sol will remain open.
