The living room is connected to the side patio via large glass accordion doors, leading to a private spa and a brand-new BBQ. This level also includes a laundry room and a 2-car garage featuring a cornhole game.

The second floor provides three king bedrooms, each featuring a private ensuite bathroom and walk-in shower. A dedicated bunk room on this level contains one twin-over-queen and three queen-over-queen bunk beds with an ensuite bathroom. Guests can also enjoy a cozy second living area with comfortable couches, a Smart TV, and a bar counter with a beverage fridge. The third floor serves as the ultimate group hangout, functioning as a bunk room loft with four queen-over-queen bunk beds, a poker table, a foosball table, and a large Smart TV for movie nights.
