This private 1-bedroom bunkhouse accommodates up to 4 guests with a king-sized bed and a set of bunk beds, plus a private full bathroom. The space features high-efficiency AC and heating, WiFi, and a Roku TV (bring your logins!). Keyless entry makes check-in seamless with details sent electronically two weeks before your arrival.

The well-equipped kitchenette includes a full-size refrigerator, microwave, blender, coffee maker, and dishes/utensils for four guests. While there's no oven or stove, you'll have access to an outdoor communal food prep area where you can use your own camp stove or one of several charcoal or propane barbecues on-site (propane provided, charcoal not included).

Step outside to enjoy the grounds under large cottonwood trees, complete with a seasonal fire pit, hammock posts, and picnic tables. You'll have full access to the barbecue areas, bird feeders, and large parking area. The property offers a first-come, first-serve basis for outdoor cooking facilities.

Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM with checkout at 11:00 AM. Instructions are sent via email and text two weeks before arrival, and your host remains available through multiple communication channels with an on-site caretaker always nearby.
