The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully organized to accommodate everyone: the primary bedroom offers a plush King bed, two additional bedrooms each feature a Queen bed, and a dedicated bunk room provides four Double beds for extra guests.

While the home is defined by its upscale interiors—including a gourmet kitchen and a walk-in steam shower—the outdoor living spaces are truly extraordinary. Guests can relax in the private courtyard pool or unwind under the stars in the rooftop hot tub.

Located at Sand Hollow Resort, you have seamless access to world-class recreation and relaxation. The neighborhood provides an array of upscale experiences, including championship golf courses and several resort pools and hot tubs. Guests can also enjoy the clubhouse grille, a mini fitness room, sand volleyball, and a communal fire pit. For those venturing further, the home is ideally situated just 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Yogi Bear’s Jellystone Park Zion, with the breathtaking Zion National Park located 45 minutes away.

Practical details for your stay include a check-in time of 4:00 PM and a check-out time of 11:00 AM. Please note that early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee. For winter visits (end of November through May 1st), pool heating is available for $100 initially and $50 daily, provided the resort desk is notified 24 hours in advance.

To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are observed from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Pets are not allowed in this home. Smoking, vaping, and fireworks are strictly prohibited. Large gatherings, parties, and amplified music are not permitted, and visitor counts must not exceed twice the overnight occupancy. Parking is provided via two garage spaces and two driveway spaces, with overflow parking available through the Resort Desk.
