Welcome to Bridgewood, a stunning vacation home designed with groups in mind and nestled within the prestigious Sand Hollow Resort in Hurricane, Utah. This expansive retreat offers the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation, serving as an ideal base for exploring the breathtaking landscapes of Southern Utah.

Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features a thoughtful layout with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Sleeping arrangements are curated for maximum comfort: three bedrooms each feature a King bed, while the fourth is a spacious bunk room equipped with one Queen bed and four Twin beds, making it perfect for children or large groups.

While the property is filled with unique details like a rooftop deck, a private hot tub, and an arcade game console for entertainment, guests also enjoy exclusive resort access. This includes the Clubhouse Grille, championship golf courses, and a mini fitness room. The resort further provides three pools and two hot tubs (note: pools are closed from late November through February 20th), an outdoor sand volleyball court, communal fire pits, and 24-hour front desk assistance. Guests also receive special perks, including 20% off golf green fees and 10% off ATV rentals at Mad Moose Rentals and Tours.

Located in the heart of adventure, Bridgewood is just 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park. Within a short drive, you can visit Quail Creek State Park (15 min), St. George (20 min), Zion Canyon Hot Springs (25 min), and the majestic Zion National Park (45 min), with Bryce Canyon National Park reachable in approximately 2 hours.

• Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets result in a $500 fee
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited within 25 feet of buildings, patios, or pools ($500 cleaning fee for violations)
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited
• Quiet hours: 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• No large gatherings, parties, weddings, or amplified music; visitor counts cannot exceed twice the overnight occupancy ($2,500 fee for unauthorized events)
• Parking: 4 spaces per home (2 garage, 2 driveway), with overflow parking available via the Resort Desk
