Designed to accommodate up to 16 guests, the home features a spacious layout with 5 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 4 bathrooms. The sleeping arrangements are thoughtfully curated for maximum comfort:

• Bedroom 1: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 2: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 3: King bed (sleeps 2)
• Bedroom 4: Queen bed and four Twin beds (sleeps 10)
• Bedroom 5: Queen bed (sleeps 2)

House Rules:

• Pets are not allowed; unauthorized pets result in a $500 fee.
• No smoking or vaping within 25 feet of any building, patio, or pool area ($500 cleaning fee for violations).
• Fireworks are strictly prohibited.
• Quiet hours are from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.
• Parties, weddings, DJs, amplified music, and large gatherings are not permitted. Visitor counts must not exceed twice the overnight occupancy; unauthorized events may result in a $2,500 fee and cancellation of stay.
• Commercial photography or video production requires written approval.
