Sleeping up to 10 guests across 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, Almanzo is ideal for families and groups of friends alike. Bedroom 1 features a king bed, Bedroom 2 is a fun-filled bunkroom with five double beds (and a Pac-Man console to keep the good times rolling), and Bedrooms 3 and 4 each offer a king bed — ensuring everyone has a comfortable place to rest after a full day of adventure.

Situated just 5 minutes from Sand Hollow State Park and Yogi Bear's Jellystone Park Zion, and only 20 minutes from St. George, Almanzo puts you close to everything Southern Utah has to offer. Zion National Park is 45 minutes away, Snow Canyon State Park is 35 minutes, and Bryce Canyon National Park is about 2 hours out. One of the special parts of staying here is experiencing the natural desert environment — keep an eye out for cottontail rabbits, roadrunners, and lizards that call this area home.

Practical Info & House Rules:

• Check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
• Early check-in and late check-out may be available for an additional fee
• Pack-n-plays available upon request (limited quantity)
• Pool heating fees (November through May 1st): $100 initial heating, $50 per day thereafter; notify resort desk 24 hours before arrival; maximum pool temperature 85°F
• Resort pools close December 1st and reopen Presidents Day weekend
• No pets allowed — unauthorized pets (including Emotional Support or Comfort Animals) incur a $500 fee
• No smoking or vaping within 25 feet of any building, patio, balcony, or pool area; violations incur a minimum $500 cleaning fee
• No fireworks anywhere on the property
• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM
• No large gatherings, parties, outdoor sleeping, tents, weddings, DJs, or amplified music; visitor count may not exceed twice the overnight occupancy; unauthorized events may result in a $2,500 fee and cancellation without refund
• Commercial photography or video production requires written approval from the resort
• Guests are responsible for any property damage
